  1. Wow.. Some nice planes in the last 14 odd pages... Here are my newbies... A bought CZC.. I'm sure you didn't need telling that tho... My Own design 1200mm Sbach-ish Foamie.. Hung on the ceiling, with literally wet paint, to make room for the CZC, so as yet unflown.. Own moulded canopy and wing tip nav light covers, 500w 4s, 1200g's This is a beefed up thicker stronger plane to replace my previous foamie hack, which did NOT appreciate a power hike from 130watts, to 500watts..! PS.. A single 6mm sheet foamie, with 5mm CF, wont handle 500watts.. Trust me.. And finally, not strictly for this site, but another project.. A Bruder DHL Sprinter van, which i'm gonna convert into a 4x4 camper van, to tow a, yet to be decided, 4x4 car.. Unfortunately, the prime candidate for the towed 4x4, is also the vans donor running gear... An OD rock crawler, made with a brass chassis, A-tech truck running gear, and a RR Sport shell off a Maplin rubbish RC.. Luv Chrisie.. xx
  2. I thought I was on my own, until Leccyflyer n Josip... As for the rest of you... Tut.. Typical blokes.. I have the advantage ( some might say otherwise ) of being the modeller AND the wife.. So my model room is organised AND I know where it all is.. I'm lying of course.. I only know where most of it is.. Heres my bits n bobs... With the less-used stuff behind me.. And for the first time in months, now the last plane build finished, a clear bench.... Apart from the massive CZC taking up half the worktop... Luv Chrisie.. xx
  3. My very nice farmer let me mow the field next door today, so I now have a strip big enuf for the CZC.. Had to wait for the cows to do one, but managed a second flight just before it got too dark.. Tried vertical on full chat, which makes a nice noise (Cant remove the misplaced smiley) Knife edge, and inverted, which were non-events.. It doesn't appear to have any vices..! Landing at stg1 (take off) flaps bought her in at a fast jog, with a 25ft roll out.. Not as intimidating the second time round, now i've explored her envelope a bit and know she can pull herself out of trouble.. Cant wait for daylight tomorrow... Luv Chrisie.. xx
