Hello. I thinking of getting a Vinyl cutting machine to do my own lettering and insignia. Does anyone have any tips, experiences or knowledge of doing this? I would appreciate all information that I might receive. Thank you.

Hello. I am not able to view the November issue in the archives, it is not shown. Yet it is shown on the home page as a preview. Why is this? Has anyone else had this problem? Also, why is the latest issue put out on "Pocket Mags" sites days before it appears on the Modelflying site? If anyone can inform me I'd be grateful. Thank you. Ian. Hi. Does anyone have any experience with Deuxe Materials Speed Bond glue. I believe it is a chemically modified Aliphatic adhesive to speed up the setting time. I would appreciate if anyone has any comments about this product, especially about how well it sands over. Ian.

I soak the nozzles in some acetone and blow them out with some “canned air”. If nescessary, I pry the nozzle centre bit out with a pin or sharp knife, then soak it in more acetone then blow it clean and reinsert. Sometimes the paint has settled in to lumps and just keeps blocking up. The best solution for this is to find the nearest garbage bin and process it through that. Problem solved, next job coming up!

I did as Steven said, and when I went into the RCME page, there is a notice that tells me that I have to renew my Digital subscription. when I try to process payment, I get a notice that tells me that my request can't be processed because they dont deliver to my country of residence (Australia) even though I receive a print edition currently, until 2019. I'm stuck in a merry go round. I have sent an email to the subscription help section, but I'm not holding my breath waiting for a result. By the way, I got the latest edition on Pocketmags!

I have found that when a servo is buzzing, and stops when you tap the relevant stick, or control surface, that something is binding in the control run. Fixing the binding usually fixes the issue. Unless the servo is faulty, in which case the only place to fit it is in the rubbish bin!

Hi. Can anyone tell me the settings I can start with to program a AS636 Spektrum Rx re the gain and heading hold levels to suit a Radian XL. I have a PnP kit and a new unprogrammed Rx that I would appreciate if anyone has some base settings I could start off with. Thanks Ian
