Yeh it was mean,    Changed is slightly, upgraded the ESC to a 40amp was a 30amp. Best weight i find is with a 1800 battery's, gives a flying time of around 7min.  Also did a slight mod on the U/C (absolute Crap).

Hi keven, u had the same problem as me. ring YT up and im sure there be very understanding. do u know if it was a radio problem or the plane? have u check the wind bolt because that what went on mine. (snap). i still think the model shought have 2 bolts and not one. ????????????????????

My father and I have just received a telephone call from Martin Chitty of YT International and we have discussed this matter.We are returning the failed bolt for his analysis and we are optimistic that a mutual solution will be found.I am impressed that they have been so understanding about this matter and my faith in YT Models has been enhanced.

Alan, don't you think the kit shought have a least 2 bolts to hold the wings on? (with r the bolt just snapped) this plane is supposed to fo every trick under the sun? is there anyway that we can get in contact with anyone about this model, or recive any compensation????????

steve, i mention knowing what was in the wing. on my last kit a blackhorce Maxtrix (fantastic plane lasted 4 years with out a problem) the wing came in two section and u glue it together with a metal pole through it. also my father and i have tryed to contact YT but we keep on getting the answer machine and we have left messages but no replies. YET?

sorry but i completly disagree with you. the Kantana firstly is an ARTF kit. i don't know about you but i want to see whats in the wings, (METAL POLE) but the wing comes ready made. also the hinges are this nylon things which when we were building broke in half so me and my dad changed them to fixed. but the biggest snag was the bolt to hold the wings on. one single plastic bolt to hold them on and this plane is supposed to be extremly aerobatic.(sought be at least 2) we found that this bolt could not take the pressures, when 3ed flight in the wings came off in mid flight, on a closer look the bolt had gone. also if you look at the instruction manual they give a mobile number which seem this model is build by only 1 or 2 people. overall from when my father and i were building we could see this plane was not going to last a very long time. i want to know if there is some standard that every model plane made sought be at before it can be sold. because its very dangerous and my father had written to YT with no responce in 3 week so they have fobed it off. we have also written to watchdog because this kind of kits are extremly dangerous and could kill someone.

has any one bought or own a YT kantana because i had one (R.I.P) and they are the wost kit in the world. any one know or flown one??????????

yeh im only about 30 min away but what i love about it that people who come to watch can also access the hop farm and see all the animals. by the way what club are u with?

the best show is the hop farm i have been every year and every year it is great weather and gets better and bigger every year.
