  2. Does anyone know the Difference between the Jetstream 1850 and the 1853 (Ltd Ed) Both are on Just engines at £32.75.

  4. I'm looking into getting a JR Transmitter but before i commit to it I would like to know first of all what JR's latest version is (By version i mean like DSMX) and if it is compatable with Spectrum recivers or if a module is required.
  5. If you are feeling rich a weston eutotech 36 T2 would be ballistic.
  6. If you have a tuned pipe lying around you could put it on just to keep the oil off the plane having said that a pipe would propably ruin the planes look.
  7. Yes I'm sure some people like the LA's but imho I think they are the wost engines i've ever owned (having only ever bought OS, Irvine and Weston engines). Sure they tick-over like watches but my watch could probably swing a bigger prop. Don't get me wrong I love OS engines just not thr LA class.   Edited By Kieren MacGregor on 13/01/2013 18:56:40
  8. either or I've had no problems with either but i will sea 2.4 is less tolerant of the voltage dropping too low.

  10. Ive had the 7S since it came out and i love mine i got mine for £215 with AR8000 RX off Midland Helicopters. It feels Great and is so user friendly. I can't say the throttle on my monitor is the wrong way round it might be only in a few batches.
  11. Those who know me would know that i'm addicted to speed and high G manoveres . So back in August 3 months after passing my SAA bronze when I grew out of the OS 40LA that had powered My Wot 4 since Early April I decided to follow suit our local speed freak who has a SC 61 in his.So I bought an OS 65 AX. Then one beutifull day in September (a rare event in Scotland) I took off on my first flight of the day after one slow curcut I applied full thottle and climbed verticaly before rolling out at about 350ft i headed downwind a bit then still at full thottle performed half a snap-roll and dived. As I gentely started easing out of the dive I lost elevator athority and i could hear it flutering loudly I just had time to close the throttle before it burried itself the best part of 8 inches into the runway on inspection of the wreak i found the elevator pin gone. I will buy another one at some point but next time i will fit metal clevis'.

If youre going glow I would personaly do as i did and get a wot4 with a 40 or 46 size engine the once you've mastered flight you can turn up you're dual rares you will have an aerobatic model if you then want more power you can put a large 2 stroke like a 65 in the nose you will be able to exeed 100 mph
