  1. Nice topic, looking forward to more info. A while ago, I have started to build a model based on an existing, relative unknown airplane. My information comes from a French book. Some parts are build from scratch, most details are hand-drawn first. For some parts I made Acad drawings to have the plywood parts CNC-cut. As things evolved, it became a project on its own: The design of a scale-model and make it suitable for reproduction. From concept to the complete, well-documented package from which a model can be built. The whole thing is an extension of the modelling hobby itself. Albeit unfortunate that the time spent is at the expense of the time available to build models. I was wondering, how long would it take a designer to translate all my info into a good plan in digital format?
  2. The question interests me because of the possibilities for my own drawings archive. I am particulary intrested in whether a drawing scaling-up (or down) can be done without taking into account the ratio of wingarea and tailplane surface area? Any experiences in that area?
  3. Have been flying this engine for several years with a 11*7 prop. It's a matter of trial and error. Looking for a balance between sound production (prevention) and power.
  4. I am curious about the measurement with the Amps meter. Cannot explain why, but I was told a glowplug needs less Amps when the engine is running. Is that correct?
