Hi everyone, Thanks for your valuable input as a result I reduced prop to 9x6 and got 4lb thrust @60 amp as I require 7 lb thrust I have purchased a larger motor 650 kv recomended prop 14x8 using 5s lipo, going to run on test bed this morning and optimize with meter regards Lee.

Using a 5s 4000 lipoly with turnigy 60amp esc with turnigy motor rated 11-26v 1100kv and 12x6 prop over reved at 110amp had to hang on to model before motor smoked purchased new motor and tried with 3s lipo a little low on power read out on box 550 watt. watt,s wrong can only go half throttle on tx to reach 55amp draw????? with 5s.

My ripmax reftec uhf wont centre servos until it,s been switched on for a few minutes it,s old now who services these sets now? and is it worth it.
