I have had nothing but excellent service from HH - They have checked my DX6i twice with no charge, even for carriage, and included a free neck-strap to replace my binder-twine! They also sent me a used drive gear free of charge for my heli, when they had no new parts. They have given advice over the phone, and provided a DX6i manual also foc. I cannot see how their customer service can be improved.
When you want a firm to do something for you, it can be a good idea to consider the tone of the request.
