Thanks BEB.   I managed to completely remove some sections, and re-applied using copydex.  I ventured into a large model shop "down south" when on my travels, and asked for some latex glue, and I think they thought I had mistaken them for a fettish shop...so off to B&Q.  Looks like model shops are for buying ARTFs now...   I took your advice re minor splits, and bought some foam friendly cyno on-line, and these are as good as new now - thanks!   Good to hear that there are still a few oily hacks around - I'll treat the old DC Bantam to a new 6x4...   Sorry for the delay, just managed to prise the 10 year old off the computer.   Alan

Hi I have been away from the hobby for a while, just got some unfinished kits out of the loft, and have noticed that venner is coming off foam cores.  In some cases, LE / TE fitted, which has kept the obeche in place, but its lifting at joints. Any suggestions on best way to re-glue when the whole sheet is not detached?    Am I going to get laughed at if I turn up at the field with an engine? The world appears to have gone sparky

I could do with trainer # 261.  I'll get the hang of it one day, maybe!
