  1. I am already very active on RCMF forum and find myself running out of time by the end of the week so it's difficult to do all the forums. I will give this a go as well and see how we get on. I will listen to comments and were we can better our services we will. Next time you pop in the shop please ask for me so I can say hello in person.
  2. Hello rusty I am John mason from tjd models. Hope your order got sorted in the end. It is normal practice for us to call you to let you know if an itm is out of stock. Hope this happened. John
  3. Hi everyone, I had better introduce myself before replying to some of these posts. I am John mason one of the owners of tjd models and often the person a lot of people will see in the shop. Firstly I would like to deal with the problem about the email about the parkzone extra 300. Yes this email was missed and took three days to answer. Intact it was only found because I saw this post and personally answer all the emails and know I am up to date. Further investigation found the email in question held by our spam filter as suspected spam. As a company with our email address very public I can get up to 200 emails a day normally trying to sell me viagra or scam me out of passwords. Because of this we set our spam filter very strict. I have today reduced this as there is clearly a problem. I regret this problem has lead to what appears to be online assassination for what was simply an email that our computer thought was spam. I am however very concerned about some of the other complaints people have mentioned. If people wish to discuss these with me directly please feel free to call me on 01322 865111 and I will be more than keen to listen and make changes where needed. However do I talk to our regular customers that come in lots like they are my friends, yes I do because many customers are also people I share a love for this hobby and I have made many friends over the years. Will I ignore new faces Not at all. As a shop we try our best to keep as many of our customers happy but yes like any humans we make mistakes and things sometimes go wrong.
