Hi Pat! As BEB and Ade have said, you have come to the right place for advice and even inspiration.... When it's late in the day and a building problem is doing your head in, just post your problem and I'll bet its a problem solved in a jiffy (whatever one of those is...). You will often feel that you need to ask a question that you may think others will laugh at but, as they say, the only stupid question is the one you don't ask.... but it is true. Good luck with the hobby and we all look forward to hearing of your exploits.... have you got any models in mind? Bob

Hi Tim I e-mailed CML myself this morning and have received an Iimmediate reply from Steve Mallinder who flew the Smart in theirvpromo video and he says that he has just added a couple of clicks of throttle trim as the motor appears to prefer to spin.... I suppose we will just have to see how matters progress. Anyway, I had already ordered one this morning and look forward to delivery on Friday Bob

Hi All Just to say that there is another Smart maiden flight from one of our American friends on YouTube posted a few hours ago if anyone is interested....

Hi Geoff! Oh dear, touche then.... I have rebuilt her and she flies as straight as a dye but the wings were shettered by the elastic bands. I now but one diagonally and two back to front incase of a similar incident. As far as I can see the V.I should not have allowed our incidents to happen..... but that dropped elevator.....hmmmmmm... I am going to fit a standard receiver soon as the V.I prevents rolls and inverted flight, even when switched off... they should ban flying aids you know...ha! LOL...
