I designed and created the 'Cafe Racer' to celebrate two of my interests, i.e. rc planes (obviously) and motorcycling. The iconic Ace Cafe in London has done a lot to support the charity that I belong to (Royal British Legion Riders Branch) and thus the colour scheme is also influenced by the place. 2.1 metre (82" wingspan, Saito 4-stroke, Tru-Turn 3.5" spinner, CarbonCopy u/c and spats, Pete Tindal pushrods. Oracover/ Profilm covering. Thin-wall aluminium louvres from B&Q... Just had its successful maiden flight on Bank Holiday Monday, flew really well and super-stable. Happy days.
