I recently went with the DJI Phantom 2 Vision + (which I bought direct from DJI).
One of the motors doesn't work straight out of the box. You power it up and then the front left LED just flashes red and beeps..... constantly. There is nothing in the literature that explains this error so I just fired up the motors and low and behold, the front left motor doesn't turn at all!
It seems most likely that there is no connection to that motor but it's brand new and I paid £1000 for it, near enough so I don't want to start taking it apart whilst it has warranty.
My main concern now is that I've been doing some reading about DJI and their customer service/care. I HAVE NOT READ ONE GOOD THING ABOUT IT!!!!
Any ideas? If avoidable, I don't want it going all the back to China because I'll be without it for weeks and even months, from what I've read. Will they allow it to be returned to a UK Authorised Dealer for inspection and repair or am I just stuffed?
