  1. Oh yeah,       that would be lovely with a set of floats
  2. Hey Don't be sad.  I'm one of the younger generation of flyers, but all but one of my planes are artf. There's a few traditional kits but the last two were a 2m aerobat and a 1/4 scale T1 Bulldog, both built from plan
  3. How about 1) P 38 Lightning (twin 60 Four stroke) 2) Eurofighter (EDF) 3) AV 8 Harrier (vectored thrust would be fun but a wee bittie ambitious perhaps)
  4. Hi Does anyone know where to get a 1/4 scale pilot for a Scottish Aviation T1 Bulldog.  I feel it really needs one as the cockpit  look a bit bar
  5. With regard to the number of blades on a proppellor.  As the propellor rotates it generates a trailing vortex from the tip, much like on a wing,  which creates drag and at the speed that prop tips are moving this can be a significant loss. This means that a 2 blade propellor is more efficient than a prop with more blades because less of the power from the engine is used overcoming the drag force.  On the likes of corsairs this is less of a problem because  1. They have a bucketload of power available 2. The RPM of these eninges is lower than  model engines so they are generating less of a drag force as they are moving more slowly
