  1. Thanks for the info, it sound more complex than first thought, but achievable. I will take it apart to assess the work needed and check if it is similar to your spit. Thanks again.
  2. This may have been covered previously and if so my apologies. I have acquired a used but very usable Parkzone FW 190 (early version) with 27meg TX/Rx and theirs own ACT (anti crash System). Has anyone converted one of these to 2.4 gHz. The model has a brushed motor and runs well on a 2200 3c Li-Po but I am always concerned about radio interference on 27 meg. I appreciate that it would need an new brushed ESC as the existing one is in the same unit as the receiver. Parkzone used the same kit in the early Spitfires, plus a few others too I suspect, so the conversion would proably be the same for all. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
  3. Our local police had a report of a UFO in the Solent last summer. Apparently it was one of the local flyers with his newly acquired HobbyKing Flybeam Night Flyer! If you have seen one of these then you will understand why someone thought it was a UFO ! https://www.youtube.com/watch?x-yt-ts=1422503916&x-yt-cl=85027636&feature=player_embedded&v=loXTzzp8Yr8
  4. Thanks guys. The tail fin on the T240 is a give away. I'll settle for a Telemaster. Much appreciate your thoughts.
  5. Any idea what this is. It has the wrong shaped tail for a Precedent T240 but could be a Telecaster. It has a wingspan of 8 feet. Thanks
