  1. 'Lo All, hey it's good to get things 'off your chest' so to speak, this is true clubhouse stuff! and thats what its about,we are members of a big club, air your views, all are entitled to do so, I think RCM&E is great, I think the team producing it are great, and doing a superb job, trying to get a good fair balance is not easy, if someone wants to bash Bertie then let 'em, we can always bash back..gentlemanly of course.. I think all our mag members are great,so....whose on tea duty by the way?
  2. Graham D, Bro, I'm so sorry to hear your sad news, I've been there so I can truly say I know, I care, Bless you and all Family.
  3. Doug, sorry Bro, I tend to think of all people as almost as 'time expired' as myself. I had 3 Brigands + 1 Buckmaster to look after, super aircraft.  sorry GrahamD,for interrupting, hows the 'midnight oil' level?
  4. GrahamD, Bro,superb, what patience! and the bonus of seeing brakes working! well done  graham,.... just a comment to Doug Ireland, Doug, did you ever try the airbrakes on the Bristol Brigand? Wow!!.......Graham am really looking foward to more.....!
  5. GrahamD, 'Lo Bro, I think this build has been, and is, super teaching, how about a video of it from start to first touch down?  I for one, look forward to the next episode, thank you Graham.
  6. Lo, y'all,  sheesh ! what chance do I stand being a humble 6EX-pcm erk,? I have empty pockets, empty brain pan, please what dialect is your dialogue in? can we have the old Aeromodeller days back please?
  7. GrahamD, come on Bro,you've done so well, gone the extra mile as it were to make the build interesting, which it is, but please, that poor bod looks limp?  char and a wad will take care of that, the NAAFI van is on it's way.
  8. Erfolg, salutations friend, oh, are you going to modify an old 'Dak' into 'Puff the Magic Dragon' for us then? great!  'Daks' are tuff old birds, and unmistakeable in sound and flight.  ...how strange, I have never seen a model 'Dak' airborne.......
  9. Graham, WOW! worra teacher! and every piccie perfect! superb, thank you,
  10. Graham...Sheesh et Voila!!  she builds Mon Ami.... Beautifully of course!
  11. GrahamD, As a fairly oldish timer at 77,I look back at the times long past when I enjoyed making and 'throwing' (hand launching) those Aero's of the past, when ROG came along wow! we felt like real pro's. now I follow your building of the Dauntless I am so excited for your continued excellence in the build and descriptions,Well done Graham.
  12. Mike,Salutations ! I always found the Oxford was the main first trainer for twins, there were Annies of course but for ab initio twin engine training the Oxbox was it. I didnt like the Oxford myself,I loved the Anson, (providing I was not detailed to wind up or down the undercart!)oh by the way,it was advised not to look at the tailplane too often on the older Ansons,..it moved in an unsettling way!!
  13. Graham, Thank you for address, SBD is lookin' good!. havent lost the excitment, Build on Bro,Build on.
  14. 'Lo Terence, Hey,don't forget the Skua! Rocs stable mate, those F,A,A planes were built rugged,
  15. GrahamD, sorry to come back,(I'm doing a Columbo) those ally ferrules, I have been searching for those, where are Model Images please?
