Hi Ian,
I've left a reply on your Facebook post but will put the information here also for your convenience. If you would like to send your email address and any relevant details over to me at [email protected] then I can arrange for someone from the subscriptions department to contact you to help resolve the problems you've been having in renewing.

Hi Ken,
I've just PM'ed you. A new mag will be with you shortly!

Hi all,
Just to let you know that i've contacted our IT guy about the digital issues here as I'm having the same problems with it asking me to load the new adobe flash player, which I've got. I know that we were having problems with the MTM server on Friday, which is why the digital editions were down for an hour then but I'm hoping I'll have an answer tomorrow for you.

Hi Paul,
If you did go digital only and wanted a specific plan, all back issues which include the plan can be purchased separately through www.mags-uk.com. Only certain plans will be going over to Sarik, so your safest bet is to buy the back issue and then you will also have the article.

Thank you for all your entries! A few that've tickled us include -
John Stones with " RCME forum mods on new weight loss regime...Lipo suction. "
& BEB with "Doubts are raised as to whether new EASA guidelines were really drawn up by someone who had actually flown a UAV."
But the winner for the Christmas caption competition is -
Dane Crosby with "No Guys, I don't think you quite understand the concept of FPV."
Your prize will be in the post for you today!

Hi Chris,
It could be worth checking the issue again today and/or refreshing your browser and clearing your caches. Sometimes everything gets a bit stuck and says you should be paying when you don't need to, clearing caches can sometimes work wonders! If you don't have any luck, PM me your subs number or address and I'll look into it further for you.
Richard,
This sounds like a direct debit for our print and digital subscription, if you'd like to PM me with your address, I'll look into it for you.

Hi Robert,
Yes! It is now available with all of the normal back issues in the 'magazine' section of the website.

Hi Andrew,
I'm sorry you haven't had a reply from the subscriptions department, they normally take a few days to reply. Because of the Special issue, we're a bit out of sync, so we only received our copies in the UK last Thursday. I'd give it another week and then if you still haven't received it, let me know and I'll look into it for you.

Hi Dave,
It could just be that when you signed up, you missed the cut off date for the special issue and your subscription will start with the November issue but to be sure, if you give the subs bureau a call (number in post above yours), they will be able to confirm this for you.

Two more options added... Started with kits and plans and moved to ARTF and 'other' for all other possibilities.
Thank you for your feedback

Thanks to the suggestion by Peter Gain, we have a new poll. We want to know how your flying/building has graduated?
Did you start with ARTF and then graduate to building from kits or building from plans, both or neither.
Discuss below!

The tech guys are still trying to find a solution. They wondered if you'd mind letting me know which browser your all using to access this (that doesn't work)? As they've checked the default browser on android 4-5 and that seems to be working okay.
Thanks

As always, thank you for all your entries. The winner is...
David Mellor with - Having boasted that is was still possible to comply with the new EASA regs, Brian was having trouble piloting his new pet bumble bee out of the boot.
If you have any photo's that you think would make a great competition, I'd love to see them!

It varies each month as you get 13 issues a year but the next one is the October issue which is in shops on the 08/09/2017

Hi Andrew,
I'm sorry you haven't received a reply yet, they do normally take two working days to get back to each email. If you want a quick reply, I'd suggest giving them a call on 0344 243 9023 as they will be able to help you immediately.

Hi Ron,
As Pete said, your confirmation should have had your subscriptions number on, it will always begin with '400' if this helps locate it. If not, customer support will be able to provide you with it on the email above or you could just give them a quick ring on 0344 243 9023 and they will be able to let you know there.
If you have any more problems, let me know

Thank you for all your entries, as normal we had a difficult time deciding the winner...so the winning caption is -
Rob Fairweather - I remember now, the last time we came here we looked up, but I cannot remember what else we are supposed to do .
If you drop me a PM with your address, I'll get your prize in the post!

Hi KC,
RCM&E paper back issues (including the free plan inside) haven't been part of MyHobbyStore for quite a while now and can be found at www.mags-uk.com
