  1. Hi Gangster. The plan is accurate, I've just checked it against the model. The motor is pretty well back in the mount but could be moved forward a tad if you like, you would just make the cowl a little longer. The weights on the nose didn't make much difference to the c of g and they wouldn't be still on there except I couldn't get them off without tearing the covering. In reality I could probably have got away with just one servo at the back but I liked the idea of short push rods. Choice is yours. Good luck with the build Mike
  2. Good luck with the build Gangster. I have started a new thread with some pictures from my original build which you may find useful. Mike
  3. Hi all I thought I would post some pictures from the original build for anyone who is considering building from the free plan. I didn't record everything but hopefully there will be something of use here. If you do decide to have a go, feel free to ask for any clarifications etc, I'll do my best to help and do show us your versions. Building up a cowl can be a bit daunting. My approach is shown below The aileron build is a bit odd but works: These are all the pics I can find, hope they help. Mike
  4. Hi Chris Structure-wise I think an electric conversion would be very easy. Just need to cut a hatch in the top deck for battery installation and that's about it. Would need a couple of extra formers to hold the shape of the hatch. I would expect it would fly on 4s batteries with a 650 watt set up or thereabouts. Mike
