Thanks, Mr Ashby you fixed it for me and I now have access. Although I have still not heard from the other methods I tried first.   The mistake on the name is a common one and when I checked my last magazine delivery bag, I see the error. Never noticed that in several years of subscriptions. More intent on reading the mag than the packaging : ) I will get the subs folk to correct it though.   Many thanks again.   Drew

I am still having bothers too. Tried reentering the details and number Tried emailing the contact listed - twice and never even got a reply Then I called the helpline to be told they were looking into the MANY problems reported.   Still no access.   Perhaps Mr Ashby and co could put in a good word for us or maybe even a rocket is needed !!! Drew
