    WOT TRAINER

Hi All Just bought a secondhand Wot Trainer!. Just giving it a once over, it takes a thunder tiger R2 glow plug, a bit pricey, £9.99 per plug!! Are they worth the nearly double money than say an OS plug which are half the cost, I know you get what you pay for, but I am new!! Also there was no nitro with the plane, any recommendations on % nitro I should use. As always thanks for your time and advice.

  9. Same old story, learned to fly at elstree, herts. Went solo doing x country, along came the mortgage and kids. Friend at Elstree went over to the states and got his commercial, then he found love!! We used to go over to Florida and do our flying over there. I used to work for BA, used to do their flight plans so got over there for nothing, jump seat all the way, the arrival route into orlando international was brilliant. Microlight course, gliding course at Dunstable, just dream about it all now!!!

I need all the info from you knowledgable people. magazines, good reading books, what coverings what glues what tools where to buy (live in north London)...........I need the lot. Always had a 'thing' about building a Ka6e glider. I know that will NOT be the one to start out, but what would be a good starting model. Got a nice little shed with electrics not doing much at the top of the garden. God forbid, are there any good forums, apart from this one!!! Think a couple of good books/magazines would be the way to start??? Appreciate your time and advice Tel

    Newbies

Hi All Keen to get started on my new Hobby but am having trouble getting in touch with a couple of clubs in my area (No Names). I assume that the clubs are run voluntarily by its members and I am in no way getting fed up, I have emailed them 3 times each over the last fortnight without any luck, just wondering if this is the norm? Also help me out...I sent this msg yesterday and I must have done something wrong because it got lost??....because I have NOT joined a club yet I wanted to get into the 'Newbies' section. You will have to forgive me while I get used to the website (not too good with technology). Appreciate your time in helping me out. Tel
