Hi David.
Those are looking really good. Yep hobbyking film is excellent stuff as you've found out. Your wing looks like the covering went on very well especially the tip!
I have just done my first ever fibreglassing job on a model. I didn't need it for strength so I went with deluxe exe kote and found it brilliant to work with. It has not added any weight to my model at all which I am really pleased about and the best bit is their is no smell to it.

Number 1 the same as Bob.
Number 2 I have cut a slot in the end for a flat head screw driver to fit and hold the shaft whilst doing the nut up provided it is a normal nut and not a domed type one. Never had a problem getting the nut on and off with this slot in the end

Hi Kc
Yes that's the picture I remember, I made some the same for my latest build as I was using hard balsa spars. Like I said they worked a treat thanks for giving me the idea.

I thought I'd have ago and make some turns out they worked a treat.i wonder if it was you I got the idea from.

Hi Matt.
What plane is it.
A 50" wingspan sports plane would need a motor bigger than the 28mm one you have it seems a bit small

Looks absolutely brilliant! I have the freewing hawk that flys really well. I think i may have to add this to my list of build projects. Callies graphics are an excellent company i have used them.
What is the price of the kit?

Hi jim.
Yes it does have a removable backing which sometimes can be a right pita! Easy way to remove it is a piece of sellotape in a corner either side and pull apart.

Hi paul
I use tracing paper or grease proof paper i trace the part then pin the tracing paper to the balsa/ply etc. Then stick a pin around the outside of the lines then sand the rest to get a perfect or near perfect part. Hope that makes sense.

I know, that always seems to happen when I download from my phone. Anyone any ideas why?
Hi cliff.
I had exactly the same problem with my pictures from my phone ( samung )
So I tried turning my pho the other way round and taking pictures and bingo every picture is the right way round now may sound strange but it works
