  1. Posted by onetenor on 31/08/2018 14:18:47: A beauty but what exactly is it please> Thanks onetenor, she's a "Dynam Scout Trainer 980mm". I don't know what the general consensus is like for Dynam products but I've crashed her a few times (two quite heavy ones) and she still fly's great.

  4. Hello pilots.   My Grandad recommended that I join the online community due to being a beginner and to showcase my first bird. He's been flying for years and to be honest, I've always been itching to fly.   I made a few modifications. Their original push/pull aileron design made the single servo click/grind (the flaps were floppy/flexible when detached) so I made a bell-crank mechanism and it solved the problem. I upgraded the undercarriage wheels to 76mm as to be able to land on grass or rough terrain. A small 5p (GB sterling) is situated ⅔ back inside the fuselage for CG after the added weight.     Here's a short video of her maiden with the modifications, she did feel slightly different due to the drag from the wheels but nothing major. After a short while of level flying I perform some aerobatics for the first time ever, I feel I should've conducted them a little higher though.   https://youtu.be/3msCbLdjrPY Edited By shuftie on 31/08/2018 10:43:32
