Hello anyone. I have just got hold of the plans for the Albatross DVa at a recent auction. The wings have been started and lots of work has gone into them, but nothing was glued together and no notes made for identifying what is what. The Model is 1/4 scale with 84'' wing span, in the purchase was a museum albatross book and the original spring 1989 radio control "scale aircraft " mag which has a  brief intro on the plan and a bit which simply says "Start here",though helpful, does not give any clues to the puzzle I have got. I might add that I have built from quite a few plans in the past and usualy muddle through So, if there is anyone out there who, may have built one of these from Bobs plan or, can point me in the right direction, please reply to this thread.  ps. the guy who put it up for auction was not there to talk to afterwards, but I am trying to trace him through the auction organisers to throw some light on it as well. Hello, Can any one give me advice,tips on building this aircraft (this is my first scale project). I bought it at the dumbarton auction yesterday,it includes the plans and 1989 scale aircraft magazine a pile of wood and templates and what i think is a jig for the wings,  the wing ribs have been started but no indication if they are the top or bottom. Any help, advice cnc cutting service or if any one has built one in the past would be very much appreciated. Thanks Steve

Hi the 262 is feeling a lot better now that i replaced the dodgy motor which was over heating, just waiting for a break in the weather for the initial test flight. Thanks for the info about the DPR.

Thanks for that, do you think one motor will try and draw more current than the other as i tried a bench test  1 hour ago and one motor was overheating, they were connected in parallel using the one lipo? Both motors are gws blues 4900kv 25a esc and 2100 3S 11.1v lipo. Cheers Steve

Hi. does anyone have details of wiring up two edf brushless motors via one lipo and two 25a esc? the diagram I have seems to have both wired in series, unless I`m reading it wrong, any clues will be appreciated. Thanks Steve
