After a lot of searches, I finally find this file: **LINK** Seems the 11ms is not available in EU. Re-checked the manual, it turns out that this is only mentioned in the DE version, but not in EN version. Very disappointing experience with Spektrum.

Spektrum is now distributed in the UK by Logic RC, from their Website 1. I tried to call the service line in UK, but cannot get through. Is this correct number :+44 (0) 1279 641 097. I got this from the Tx Manual.

Thank you all for your reply. I did check the junk folder and tried different emails (3 in total). I guess there are some issue with the new registration. Old users might not be effected.

I will try to use a new model for this. I guess if I choose multi-rotor type, there should not be any configuration to force the RC to use 22ms.

Hi all, Is there anyone who recently registered a user account on **LINK** ? I tried two times but never received the activation email. Or maybe someone can let me know some other way to download firmware for Spektrum RCs, since this is the reason why I need the account. THX

Does anyone have this problem solved? I just bought a DX8G2, and tried to bind it to the Quad Race Serial Receiver. The binding is successful, but always in 22ms framerate. As mentioned above, I cannot change this in the System setup. I really appreciated if anyone can provide a solution.
