wow what a reply thanks guys . Have learnt a lot more than i thought . Ian i am the same as you but have primary progressive ms so dont get the relapses. I am based over near buckingham and the club last year was very helpful but this year i have chickened out at the expense of me falling over and making a fool of myself . what i was trying to do was find somewhere i could work from back of my car but no luck. think i need to email the group in depth . Hi folks Unfortunatly due to having a condition that affects my legs and balance which means i am on cruthces for any distance. it looks like i am going to have to call it a day with flying . As a last gasp i am asking all the disabled fliers what they do so they can fly. I understand that some dont want to reply but am just trying to work out if there is anything i have missed . hey ppl i have recently bought a 2nd hand Flair SE5A. The airframe is in good condition and covering just needs a good clean up and wheels just requires a minor repairs. The main thing missing is the wing struts for both sets of wings , Does anyone know where i can get a set of flair plans from as i need the part numbers for all required bits as my local model shop will be able to the them . thanks Duane

stephen you are spot on . have been in touch with my old club ( mid jan) and the chaps are only to happy to help, i have since walked the distance from carpark to pits and back with hardly any problems . Am planning my first venture out next sunday for 4 and half years weather permitting . must say i am extremley nervous . Thanks for advice everyone . Duane

thanks chaps i havr already tried their website but with no luck.   Would love to go back to my old club as i trained there and the guys are great but i know the farmer is very fussy and wouldn't like someone driving in the field .   There is a bunch who fly over near my folks just outside bletchley but lately when i gone past they not been there.    

Hi folk   Does anyone know of any clubs or areas in the bucks area that are looking for members ,   I need a field that you can park as close as possible to the pits due to having a condition that affects my legs when i walk a great distance . i am situated between buckingham and aylesbury.   any help anyone can give would be appriciated as am getting withdrawal symptoms for not flying.   duane

Hey folks   am trying my hand with a electric a4 skyhawk but am not sure what is an ideal speed controller to use .   Am a total virgin with elecric flight and don't know anything to do with speed controllers . any help would be great   thanks   duane  

Wing is built up , haven't toughed it yet as am finishing of a tigermoth artf . will weight anfd let you know .     Duane

Here is some pictures of my hurricane , still got a lot of work to do , flaps only retract about 20% , needs total replum for fuel and undercarrage ,  Think am going to respray and before anyone comments winnie the pooh isn't going to fly it .   Duane

Hi Folks   Need  some help , have just got a old db hurricane ( still in great condition just needs new paint job) with a super tiger 2000 up front , only thing is it doesn't have an exhaust with it , I was thinking about getting a petrol engine for it but the 2000 has never been used and would be a shame not to . does any one know where i can get one ?   also i can't find any specs , what size prop would fit it ?   Thanks   Duane
