No reluctance in fact found a nice friendly club not far from me I am going to join but would still like an area to fly outside club. Put a shout out to farming site and had a response from a land owner that may be fruitful.

Muscle mem pretty good as been on sim for a while now. Reaction times good too I'm a biker of 40 odd years 😆

Exactly what I said at the start! I simply thought someone on here might know somewhere that's all.

Actually I am joining one so not sure why the attitude 🙄. Its my opinion and I have setup and run clubs before. I just want to be able to turn up and fly. Anyway thanks for advice ..I 🤔

Have all required qualifications and bmfa insurance. It's not illegal in public spaces to fly. Just looking for where..was hoping someone may be using an area and have an idea. Clubs seem more restrictive in my opinion..usually the result of committes and people with nothing better to do than make more and more ridiculous rules.

Thanks all great help. Now installed and upgraded to vsn 6. Not got a tx yet, looking at getting a spektrum dx6 for my flying and using that on phoenix although no port so wireless dongle needed. Or I just get a cheap tx and order a dongle with cables as you suggest. Any thoughts on a cheap tx icould cable connect. Trying to keep expenditure down as plane and main tx are quite expensive.

I am looking at getting phoenix 5 sim to get back into rc flying after 40 years. This vsn seems avail free to download but does it have the e-flite/horizon Apprentice sts model on it? Thanks Martin
