Thanks for the replies guys I think I will fit flaps Have just epoxied wings together so next job fit braces retracts and flaps Ian if you can find those pictures it would be a great help Cheers kiwi

Hi Dose anyone have any information about fitting flaps to the wings on the original foam wing db spitfire I picked up an old kit witch I'm building and need to make the decision to fit flaps or not to ? Cheers Kiwi Dave

thanks for your replies I think I messed up when I typed in pro film I meant pro skin but I can imagine, now you mention it any double curvature would be awkward. But I,m surprised it is heavier I will try and find the hurricane build on rcsb Cheers Dave

Hi Danny I love the look of Micks hurricane and would love to build one , but I have a DB sport & scale spit to finish first why would you not want to skin with pro film if you used balsa you would probably glass cloth it . wouldn't the pro film be lighter Cheers Dave Ps if anyone know of a build blog I'd love to have a look
