David, thanks for your reply. I will check out the crystals and Tx settings.

Could anybody out there help me, will a Futaba 7C transmiter work with the 3in1 or 4in1 receivers fitted to small electric helicopters, or will they only work with the supplied transmitters. We have a blade cx2 which is now controlled by a DX7 (no problem), but I can't get the 7C to work with the other 35mhz helicopters we have using the 3in1 receiver. Ive changed the crystal to the same frequency as supplied with the Futaba transmitter, but this does not help. Am I wasting my time in even trying?.
