Thank you to all at SMC. Placed my online order on 15/05/2012. On 16/05/2012 they let me know what the shipping cost would be to Nigeria. I accepted and my New Transmitters left UK on 17/05/2012. The postman has just handed it to me.....I am a very happy man. Thank you once again SMC for great service!!!!

Thanks Ken. I have already moved the battery as far forward as possible, but nothing changes. Chris. When taking off -- as soon as the plane leaves the ground it pitches nose up severe, when i cut the throttle it goes nose down again --- it is like a see-saw effect: throttle up = nose up; throttle cut = nose down.....

Hi All you clever people...I have just finished an Foam Ultimate and set all up as to the manual. The CoG is ever so slightly forward. Took it for it 's maiden yesterday, but had to feed in a lot of "down elevator" for level flight. with all surfaces perfectly level, the plane is nosing up all the time. What have I done wrong/am I doing wrong? Any advise???

Good day all, I have treated myself to an early X-mas present in a Piper Pawnee 15e. I have some of the above servos idle and was wondering wether these would be fine in my new plane?   Any advise would be appreciated.  

Has anybody made use of this rc supplier based in HK? They even advertise a UK contact number. I would like to know how reputable they are, for some of their prices are really good??   Any/all feedback welcome.   Cheers Kappie

Can someone please explain to me what is the differance between the US spec and the UK spec for TX's? I was going to buy a TX from ebay, but the seller said it was US spec???

Hi all--Out there. I have an E-flite Blade CP Pro-Mini Heli & I need some spares. It does not seem that there are any H/shops in the UK that carry these spares??? only for the Cx & Mcx. I am stuck out here in Nigeria and nobody in the US wants to ship any spares here. On the other hand, to get the stuff shipped to the UK and then out to me is 10x more expensive than the couple of parts I require. Does anybody know where I can get the Blade CP Pro spares in the UK???? Regards   Kappie

Hi there, The LED on the 4-in-1 controller of my E-flite Blade CP Pro does not stay green. As soon as I spin up just past half stick to go into hover, it starts to turn red. As soon as more throttle is given, the LED stays red. Is this normal?? If not--How do I fix this??   Thanks

Hi all out there. Compliments of the season to all. I got a Belt CP as a gift and started it up yesterday after the LHS owner quickly changed it from M1 to M2 for me. Problem is: It does not start up smoothly, but from one click on the throttle to the next--it starts up with a violent jerk and then settles nicely. I do connect the battery after the TX is switched on and both throttle stick and trim is in bottom dead centre. How do I smooth out the throttle/spin up? Thanks for help.

When I spin up everything seems to be working OK, except, as soon as I add some Left rudder to counter the main blade torque--the tail rotor stops spinning. I cannot control the tail to stay in. What can I do?? I have tried to adjust the Gyro gain trim & the tail rotor prop mix trim--no change. All advice will be appreciated. 

Hi all, I want to buy a new Heli for outdoor flying, but which one to choose from. I am still new in the game but very determined to crack this one. I have now surfed the net and read as many forums I can get. Problem is: Which one is better?? E-Flite Blade 400 3D   or  ESky Belt CP 450. The E-Flite package with the Spekky is very attractive as a whole, cause I also what to buy a new TX. The question now for me is---Which Heli is the better one?? I currently have a Blade CP Pro--(crash & burn) & Esky Lama4--repairing as I go. I also have a G3.5 Any advice???

Timbo, Tried the TX on my Kyosho Clipped wing Cub--only three channels--all worked, but wrong way round. I fly Mode 2. 1) Throttle worked on aileron stick. 2) Elevator was correct. 3) Rudder worked on Throttle stick. Then I used the Cub crystals (same TX) and tried it in the Cessna--Nothing! Just the single twitch and then silence. I originally suspected the RX and got another one from the shop, but this one gives me the same issue. Could it be that I have two "stuffed" RX's? Frank, Thanks for the input, will re-check and even try it the other way round.

Timbo, 1) Battery voltage check: 10V straight off the charger & 9.3V after standing overnight. It is a 7 cell Ni-MH battery and according to the supplier: 8.4V -1000mAh. 2) BEC voltage check: 4.99V between black & red on small plug. 3) I have tried another set of crystals, from my Cub, same response. Could I try the TX on my Cub; the Cub is elevator/rudder mix & the Cessna has ailerons as well? Regards
