  1. Hi all,   just to round this off for future information. I Spoke to Rirmax and since the new springs were only £1.99 each and in stock I thought it a good idea to replace them.   The Inlet valve spring is the longer of the two supplied to the correct parts number as Doug suspected. Thanks for all contributions.   season greetings to all   Frank
  2. Hi,   thanks for this pdf link very useful I've downloaded a copy for future refence. I magnifyied it a lot but could still not be sure if the difference is real or just percived from the drawing. To be sure I think i'll need to check with an agent next week. Thanks for the responses  Frank
  3. Hi Doug,   Thanks I would have thought so to. However the valve stems are the same length so I guess getting the exhaust gas out is dealt with by the dwell. I'm guessing as well that if one of the valve springs has not deformed then more tension is require on one to account for the length.   Frank
  4. Hi all,  I'v had the valves out of my OS-120S 111, the pumped one, and guess what I managed to mix up the spring assemblies in relation to each valve.   One is longer than the other. I've check the parts manual and they do have different part numbers.   Does anyone happen know if the longer one is the inlet or exhaust??   Many thanks   Frank
  5. I ever win anyway so not sure why i'm doing this???????? But what the ---- anyway its got to be worth a try!
