727 NAS flying out of Gosport had couple of tiger moths after WW2, maybe they used them for simulated straffing / Photo recon runs ?  I don't think bright yellow would be the best choice for a camo paint job though

Hi Eric, Thanks - you don't think it's worth it for £25 - even as a toy? Not been up Rivington, presume you mean gliders ? Brand new to this RC flying lark, been into Kites for ages though. I was on holiday and these guys turned up with an assortment of RC planes - didn't even know you could get electric stuff. One guy had this seaplane, 2 had helis another had an A10 Warthog and that was it, saw an RCME mag in WHSmiths & now looking to buy my first - can't decide what though. K   

Hi all, 1st post to the forum, apologies if i break any rules plmk. I was in local IT shop in Horwich getting new graphics card and they had this :  http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/ProductInfo.asp?WebProductID=718543 on display. Its nearly 2ft long & looked/felt reasonably well built for a "big toy". can it be any good for £25 as i've always wanted an rc heli but not one of micro / mini Pico things. If it's any good i could get "proper" one later. Thanks  K
