  1. Westland Whirlwind Gloster Gladiator Hawker Hart
  2. Now this one I would definitely like to win. Have all the gear on hand to get it airborne. Please put me in the draw.. Graeme
  3. I never win anything either, but please enter me in the draw anyway.. Does anyone outside of Britain ever win these things???
  4. OK, I'm in again as well.. will compliment my elect extra quite well
  5. Please include me in the draw!! Love the Sea Fury..
  6. I can't even win an argument, but count me in.. Graeme
  7. Please put me in the draw, as well.. Never win anything, but you never know..
  8. Never had any problems with the wheels at all.. It flies better than the speed air..
  9. Dave, I'm pretty sure all the necessaryhardware is included, there's even a spinner and fuel tank. I'm working from memory here.. The plan is really for a 30-40 motor but my T/T 46 pro went in with no worries.. Graeme
  10. Yes I know, but yes our supermarkets do stock it down under.. I wouldn't personally use one though as the aircraftould need to be a lot bigger than the .46 engines I own..I have found that the "soup for one" tins are more than enough for these engines.  and Eric my inbox also collects it.. Graeme
  11. Sorry Bob, I'm at a loss because we don't have corned beef tins here. I assume the they are similar to "Spam" tins????. They  would be OK I guess. Actually any sort of a half decent tin would do.. Graeme
  12. Thanks fella's. No doubt here in Australia our tins are a bit different in size, but anything will do.. Graeme
  13. Colin, I bought a Twister many months ago and my son flies it every fortnight. We have had very little trouble apart from the hatch/cockpit came off in flight once but I think the spring loaded catch wasn't engaged properly. The plane flies beautifly and does exactly what the sticks tell it to do. Ours has a 46 Pro Thunder tiger eng in it and it does 100 mph into wind. We tested it with a speed gun twice.. Good luck with yours. It is a really good flier.. Graeme
  14. I agree with barry, the WHIRLWIND is a very sleek and elegant aircraft, much underrated and under modelled.  Go the "Whirly" then beaufighter and Hurricane.  Barry it seems that a lot of people are still to be convinced..
  15. We have been using  the small Corona rec's here in Aus for some time, and have found no real problems with any of the CRYSTAL based items, however we have had lots of problems with the synthesised rec's as the y are very "glitchy" and will not come back to centre. I have heard that corona has fixed the problem with the next generation, but I have also heard that they still have problems.. All I'm saying is be very careful if you decide to purchase these synthesised items as you may have trouble returning them..
  16. Tony has already done a free plan of a 'Mossie" although it was  electric. in his dogfight  doubles series. Whirlwind was a great but under developed aircraft, besides its nicer looking than a Stuka, which is available as an ARF anyway . Beaufighter is also a good choice. Hurricane plans are a bit scarce here in Australia as well as the  above  Keep up the pressure Barry..
  17.   1 Westland Whirlwind  2 Beaufighter  3 Hurricane  Need some twins..
  18.      I don't expect to win, but please count me in the draw...
  19.  If we only choose from this list then: 1 westland whirlwind ( gas, or electric, although prefer elect) 2 Bristol beaufighter ( as above) 3  Hawker Hurricane ( as above) We don't get to see many twins as free plans...
