Thanks for the reply and the info.  Just getting back into the hobby after about ten years and how, have things moved on!! The model is a 78" wingspan glider and weighs about 42oz with 7.2 nicad pack.  The 540 motor uses a 8 x 4.5" folding Graupner prop.  From talking to other people, it seems about the equivalent of a 370 brushless today so am trying to understand what all these new figures mean.  I would imagine two lipo cells would be ample. Hi, I have a fairly old Goldberg 'Electra' glider with a 540 motor.  What would be the brushless equivalent to run with lipos? Many thanks, John.
