hi sorry for the long delay on lunch yes i no holloway road but i was looking for a short cut i no its sounds like cheating but im 38yrs old and not a lot of time on me hands i want to go down a diffrent road it seems to be that only in the usa they do such a coarse i only found a couple in the uk but way to far for me id like to pay for a five day coarse and then join a club its all about the time facter i want to build as well can any one help please????

hi im new to this and im finding it hard to find clubs that can fit me in ie full up does any one no of any training schools that may be do a 2day or five day courses in london or just outside ive been looking and cant find any plus like most guys on here im a family man so i dont get much time as i want to build as well can anyone help please?????
