At last I have got round to taking pics at our club.  Life is so busy as a pensioner!!  I do not seem to be able to do this!  I have edited a couple of pics down to around 50kb but the browser window says that files must be less than 250kb!  I am confused Anyway, last weekend there were three of us flying, but only two aircraft returned in one piece.  A Tucano missed the edge of the field and kit formed the fuselage.  All others returned safely although my old Ready suffered a bit on one take off.  I must remember that ailerons are not effective during take off!! 

Here in Murcia (Spain) my club "Los buitres de la cana" will be flying on Sunday. The weather forecast is mostly sunny, 27c,wind SW 2 m/sec. If I remember my camera I will take a few pics for all you wet & cold weather fliers!!

Thanks for your replies. Shaun , I will try Ebay although I have problems with their UK site.  It keeps trying to change to the Spanish site.  Car parts shops out here are a bit basic, eg you cannot  even buy spray paint and for the slats I need some rigidity. Timbo,  Problems with this idea, the only print shop I know is 100k away from here and they do not speak any English, But I will ask a friend I have in the UK

Hi I have just started my first scale model, a Lysander, from the Duncan Hutson plan.  He suggests the use of litho plate for the wing leading edge slats. As I live in rural Spain (and can't even guess a translation) can anyone tell me where I can get some in the UK, or suggest an alternative. thanks  Nick
