Lower ailerons controlled by torque rods from a centrally mounted servo with pushrods from lower to upper ailerons seems like a tidy arrangement. A single powerful servo such as a 645MG sounds sensible. I'd had visions of the Pitts plan showing pushrods & bellcranks installed in the wing which I've never got to work well - hence my initial recommendation to use 4 mini servos. Decky Posted March 11, 2010 Author Share Posted March 11, 2010 I didn't realise the arrangement of aileron push rods was true scale until I studied pictures of the full size Pitts.
