Mark Lubbock Posted October 1, 2007 Share Posted October 1, 2007 Maplins are doing digital multimeters for £5.99 buy one get one free!You can therefore use one for amps & one for volts & therefore measure Watts in small electric flight applications.Also it is possible to parallel 2 meters up to read up to around 20A (just add the 2 readings together)It's also possible to read larger currents with a 10A meter very simply using a 'shunt' wire, but that is a topic for another time.
