Robert Bromwich Posted October 3, 2007 Share Posted October 3, 2007 hi David ,very nice article yep your right it's electric, used a himodel 4130 on 6 cells which gives me 777watts so loads of power couldn't believe it when i opened my new RCME mag and there this great plane was as i have only just finished building it and maidened it last Saturday lovely flying planeSpats i soldered a washer onto the landing gear and then drilled holes in the spats and washers at the same time .Rob Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Yes I think that would be the perfect engine for the model I flew her with a .46 two-stroke and that was plenty powerful enough - perhaps a tad too much in fact. The f/s would sound much better too.
