Fletch
I'm having problems with my helli and I'm not sure if the gyro is set correctly. On the top of the gyro there is a limit and delay. How should they be set and how do I check.
Ed Darter
Really depends on the individual tail servo fitted and the model Fletch. No way of say 'ah yes fro a belt CP V2 they will need to be set to this and this'. Its a case of trial and error. Let us know what the servo is and I'm sure people will be able to start you off in the right direction. In general though, I believe 'limit' sets the two outer limits the gyro will allow the servo to move to, needs to be adjusted to stop binding in the tail pitch slider mechanism. delay I think tells the gyro how slow the servo is so it can try to compensate for how long the servo takes to respond to the gyro. This will depend on the servo speed and type (digital, coreless etc etc) Ed
