Tim Mackey Posted November 12, 2011 Share Posted November 12, 2011 One careful owner since new ( us ) around 5 years ago.Owned outright ( no finance ) Tapu in our name etc. Calis beach area, ( near Fetihiye on south west coastline) Ground floor 1+1 bedroom, pool, fully fitted and furnished, Air-con, TV, phone line, solar tanks, fully serviced etc etc. Had consistent income from holiday / winter lettings since new - more than enough to cover all running costs..... which are very low.
