Mike Hardy
I have noticed using alphatic resin the bond between light ply and balsa is poor employing an invisible barrier between the parts. Should the light ply surface be 'roughed up' before bonding?. Both woods being 'clean' Any tips please. Regards, Mike. Mowerman
All plywood should be sanded before applying any type of glue. I understand some type of wax is used during manufacture to prevent the wood sticking to the press tool.
