Michael Wright
Hi Buster...as said it's for humor!...get over it!!..some would see the use of 'Buster prop' as a name to be equally silly humor, harmless and unimportant.
buster prop
I was hoping to go flying this afternoon but it's raining here so I'm having a browse and came upon the answers to my earlier post. I'm not the only one on here with a silly nom-de-forum, I could name several. Can't say I've seen other words asterisked like gl*d*r in A.W's articles though. Ok, so I'm over it, point taken. I really liked the column apart from that and also Steve Dorling's one about thermal soaring. If that's the first in a series I may buy RCM&E next month as well - even if I have to count slowly to 100 before posting!
Lima Hotel Foxtrot
Posted by Dave Bran on 11/09/2013 06:41:31: Posted by Ian Jones on 11/09/2013 02:55:31: I think it's just for humour buster - does the same with gl*d*r g**d*rs (or something like that). Ian Yes, and it's trite, outdated, overused, and unfunny, spoiling an otherwise very readable and useful contributors work! I have to agree. I like his articles immensely; informative, opinionated and entertaining... But I do think it's time that "el*ctric" needs to be left in the hanger.
