Just to be clear though Percy you left the servos running on your cycler for 25 minutes so they were effectively running through their full travel, end to end, for 25 minutes yes? IMHO that is probably a very severe test & way outside what would be considered a normal duty cycle for a servo. I can understand why you did it but a servo is idle for a large proportion of the time..or at least only moving through a small amount of its travel....expecting it to survive 30 minutes of contant full movement might be just too much for most servos as they will probably overheat...
