Cpt Biggles
Hi All,I am looking for information about a foam wing cutting jig that I made in late 1980's or maybe early 90's It consisted of two 2" x 2" rails with 12" strips of contiplas screwed to the rails with a gap between to slot a plywood former into. as i remember there was a top ply former and a bottom former which you changed without taking the foam core off the jig. I think it was featured in RCME but i am not sure I probably could reinvent the jig from memory but would prefer to copy the original (it will save time and energy)
Cpt Biggles
thank you all who looked at this thread I am now wondering if the jig was thought of by a Trent club member in Nottingham as i remember he did a demo at a club meeting however I still think that I remember a RCM&E artical with drawings and stuff. I will keep looking out for a while longer.regards to allCpt Biggles
