Dean B Posted November 19, 2013 Share Posted November 19, 2013 I had to phone Horizon Hobby with a problem with my AR8000 receiver which was not responding. It went in the post Wed tea time and a brand new receiver and satellite appeared friday morning. I know people have mentioned Horizon Hobbies excellent customer service before but having experienced it first hand I have to give credit where credit is due. Well done indeed. Prop Nut Posted November 19, 2013 Share Posted November 19, 2013 I'd like to say the same for McGregor. I bought seven JR NES-591 servos ages ago, but when I came to install them recently two kept vibrating when switched on, even without control rods connected and at neutral. Yesterday I was near their Maidenhead factory, so took them in to see if they could diagnose the fault (never had any problem with JR before), and they insisted on replacing the whole batch with brand new ones.
