Douglas Wheelhouse 1
Hi, Has anyone out there ever replaced the antenna on a Futaba 6EX 2.4ghz transmitter, if so is it relatively easy? Thank you Douglas J Wheelhouse
Cliff Bastow
I have done one on a T7C which was easy. the plug onto the circuit board is very small so needs care. Not sure if they are the same but hope this helps. Just as a point of interest I was surprised at the price of a new one! cheers Cliff

LYKA
It is dead easy to replace the antenna on a Futaba 6EX .Just unscrew the back un plug the old Antenna and plug the new one in ,just do not be heavy handed when unplugging and plugging the new antenna in .Any good model shop should be able to get you a new antenna .Try Slough Models they have them should be about £17 for a new one
michael cawood
the newer 6ex has a lot shorter antenna than the old one. 2 1/2 " instead of 4". I presume they will work the same.
