Andrew767
Hi David You need a 4 cell 4.8v Rx pack......Have a look at Airtek, Hobbyking etc. or your local model shop. Usually around a fiver. Andrew
david chapman 4
tjd models have a lot to choose from but the question which one
flight1
Look for the Rx battery selection ( NiMh ) and then any pack 4.8v pack greater than 2000mAh just choose the best shape square or flat to suit best fitment into the model you got. and don't forget a suitable smart charger. Peter Jenkins
I would actually recommend a 5 cell NiMH (i.e. a nominal 6 volt pack) as this will give you a comfortable margin in voltage before the dreaded brown out voltage is reached. That David is the voltage at which the Rx ceases to function due to a, usually momentary, voltage drop caused by multiple servo movement. Andrew767
Hi David Peter makes a very good point there. As for which one?..Sanyo enerloops are very good, if a little dearer. Andrew
