edwards flyboy
i had this motor installed in a Radio Queen,on opening the throttle all is well until i reach about three quarters open and the screaming starts,It is on a Turnigy Plush 80 amp esc and a wooden prp13/6 first thoughts were ihe prop slipping,so it was changed for an apc/e again . It was still the same so i changed the motor for the same but bigger ,a4260 this is running fine no problems, it has a 14/7.Have i got a duff motor, has anyone experienced a similar problem. The Radio Queen will go like a pylon racer ,but i suppose thts why they put throttles on yhese new style trannys.

Tony Kenny
A few years later... thank you guys for this thread, it's helping me solve a problem with a screaming brushless. I've tried high timing but it still screams a little at a certain throttle setting. Next step is to try a different ESC and see if it can handle the motor slightly better!
