Pegasus Models Minnow fuselage but wings are from something else, or have been stretched by 4 or 5 ribs per side to (perhaps) keep the wing loading under control for the extra weight of SP600 plus batteries.

Think at one time Galaxy also offered it as well. The Minnow was offered with either built up or foam wings.

I'm sure I had one of those, with that same odd looking wing, that I picked up at a club bring and buy sale. As GeeW says it was a Galaxy/Pegasus kit and the ancestry to the Minnow (which had a pylon mounted 0.049 engine) is evident in the side view.

The name 'Aquarius 540' is bouncing around in my head, and this post appears to confirm it:
