christopher small
I am about to set up an Eachine ET 200 video tx on my multicopter ,and there is no protective cover on the transmitter, surely the static on your fingers could damage it. How can I protect it? Obviously it is going to get hot and if I wrap it in insulating tape it will over heat, any ideas. chris
Essjay
I have an Eachine light L250 which fits to the side of my GoPro Hero3 and I've noticed that runs quite hot as well. I haven't covered mine for that very reason. I don't think handling it is likely to cause any significant static damage. Besides leaving it uncovered will allow any airflow over it to cool it. christopher small
Hi Essjay, thanks for your reply,I shall go ahead and see where I can fit it on my Quanum nova. I have a Go pro 3 ,how does your Tx fit on to the Go pro?I have had to switch mine to 720 hd to get a narrower field of view,I did not like the ultra wide FOV. Essjay
Hi Chris, have a search for the Eachine L250 on Banggood and all will become clear. Steve
Dave Bran
Obviously you will not be operating within the UK since the legal maximum power for video transmission is 25mW.
