BT have given Puffin 01454 228 429 as a temporary number for both incoming and outgoing calls. Puffin's mobile number is 07717 066 717 which should be available during the normal working day, and in the evening. Puffin expect an end to the current disruption to their telephone services during August 2008, and apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. None of these changes affect Puffin's on-line catalogue and shop which is entirely web based with payments passed directly to Lloyds TSB Cardnet through the Sage Accounting Protx automated payment system.
